Practical Electronic for Industry
A training program on “Practical Electronics for Industry” was conducted for 250 students of the Sri Lanka–German Railway Technical Training Center, Ratmalana. The program focused on providing hands-on experience in industrial electronics, aiming to strengthen the participants’ practical knowledge and technical skills required for modern industrial environments.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Journalism
AKOFE continues to strengthen local capacity through its knowledge dissemination programs, which aim to empower communities with practical and innovative skills. As part of this initiative, another successful program was conducted for school teachers and students, focusing on the “Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Journalism“. The session enhanced participants’ understanding of AI tools and their applications in modern media practices, while fostering creativity, critical thinking, and digital literacy among the younger generation.
