The KOICA CIAT Fellowship Program is one of Korea\u2019s flagship initiatives for human resource development, inviting public sector officials from partner countries to Korea to enhance their knowledge and skills across diverse sectors.

KOICA takes great pride in its alumni who continue to make remarkable contributions to national development in their respective fields. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Alumni Association of KOICA Fellows in Sri Lanka (AKOFE) for your enduring commitment to strengthening the KOICA alumni network. Your passion and dedication have not only deepened the spirit of collaboration but also made a meaningful impact on the enduring friendship between Korea and Sri Lanka.
